Cancellation Policy

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson they are expected to give a minimum of 24 hours notice via phone, text, voicemail, or email. With sufficient notice, lessons will be rescheduled within the same week, permitting both the instructor and the student can find a common alternative time. The more advanced notice you can give the instructor, the better the chances of rescheduling. Students will be charged a half-rate cancellation fee for any lesson canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled lesson time, or for any unattended lessons without proper notice (no-call/no-show). Lessons will begin and end at the agreed upon time, regardless of when the student arrives. If cancellations or unattended lessons become a recurring issue, the instructor will inform the student, either verbally or via text or email, that if the issue continues lessons will be discontinued. This decision will be left to the instructor's discretion.
